7月13日に開催した
「白川村 酒と農 連携プロジェクト」の様子をnoteにアップしました！

白川村の日本酒の酒蔵を、
もっと地域の皆さまに知っていただきたい。
そして、身近に感じていただきたい。

そんな想いから始まった今回のプロジェクト。

米作り農家さんや飲食店、お土産店など、
地域のさまざまな方にご参加いただき、
酒蔵の完成を一緒に楽しみにしていただける機会となりました。

We’ve just published a new note article featuring highlights from the “Shirakawa Village Sake & Agriculture Collaboration Project,” held on July 13!

This project began with a simple wish:
to help more people in Shirakawa Village learn about our new sake brewery and feel a closer connection to it.

🌾 A visit to the fields where Yamada Nishiki sake rice is grown
🏗️ A tour of the brewery currently under construction
🍶 A talk session and community gathering

Local rice farmers, restaurant owners, souvenir shop owners, and many others joined us for the day.

It was a wonderful opportunity to share our vision for the brewery and build excitement together as we look forward to its completion.
