近所の方が採った山菜を、
天ぷらにして差し入れしてくださったそうです。

ウド、あずき菜、タラの芽、そしてコンテツ。
どれも美味しそうです✨

この「コンテツ」、
一般的には「こしあぶら」と呼ばれる山菜ですが、
飛騨の地域では「コンテツ」呼びが一般的です。

地域の中で分け合える関係って
素敵ですよね☺

白川村のあたたかさが、

【Shirakawa Village | Spring Moments Part 2 🌿】

We received a lovely note
from Shirakawa Village office workers.

A neighbor had gathered wild mountain vegetables
and kindly shared them as tempura.

Udo, Azukina, Taranome, and “Kontetsu.”
They all look so delicious ✨

This “Kontetsu” is generally known as “Koshiabura,”
but in the Hida region, it’s commonly called “Kontetsu.”

There’s something special about communities
where people naturally share with one another ☺

The warmth of Shirakawa Village
can be felt in these everyday moments 🌿
