白川村で山菜がとれました。
山に入ると、あちこちに山菜が出ていて
つい夢中になって収穫してしまいます😳
今回収穫した4種類は
蕨（わらび）
うど
たらの芽
こごみ
収穫した山菜を下処理して
今晩はこごみをいただいたそうです✨
山の恵みが豊かな
この土地ならではの贅沢です🌿
[Shirakawa Village – A Spring Pleasure]
We gather wild mountain vegetables here in Shirakawa Village.
Once you step into the mountains, they’re everywhere, and it’s easy to lose track of time.
This time, we harvested four kinds of wild mountain vegetables:
Warabi (bracken fern)
Udo (Japanese spikenard)
Tara no me (angelica tree shoots)
Kogomi (ostrich fern)
After preparing them, we heard they enjoyed the kogomi for dinner tonight.
This is a simple luxury that can only be found in a place blessed with such rich gifts from the mountains.
