🍶✨ A New Sake Brewery is Under Construction in Shirakawa-go!

Scheduled to open in Spring 2027 🌸

This time, we interviewed the team from Hasado-gumi, a construction company based in Takayama City, at the site of the new “Shirakawa Village Brewery” 🎤⚡️

From the World Heritage village of Shirakawa-go,
surrounded by beautiful nature,
a new chapter in sake brewing is about to begin.
